Bicycle Enthusiast Course: Maintenance and On-The-Ride-Repairs
A one-day course, 9-5, with lunch provided. Our most popular course. Over the course of the day, you will work through a high-level tune-up of your bike. Along the way you will learn how to disassemble and clean, lubricate and reassemble the drivetrain, adjust the brakes and gears, fix a flat, repair a chain and a lot more.

Bicycle Enthusiast Course: Suspension Tuning
A half-day course. You own a mountain bike with suspension forks and perhaps even rear suspension, but you don't know what 'sag' is, how to set it up and why it's important. You don't know what your damping system does. You don't understand your compression damping, rebound damping, high and low speed damping. If you want to understand how the suspension works, how to optimize it for your rides and how to take care of it, then our Suspension Tuning course is perfect for you.

Bicycle Enthusiast Course: Re-Cable My Bicycle
A part-day course. The cables and housing for your gears and brakes haven't been replaced for a while. Ever? Replacing these is essential routine maintenance for a bicycle. Learn how to re-cable and revise adjustments to your brakes and gears. If you have a road bike, then do your bar tape as well; we will teach you how. You will leave with the brakes and gears working crisply, and your bike will love you!

Bicycle Enthusiast Course: Brakes and Gears
A one-day course, 9-5, with lunch provided. If you really want to get good at brakes and gears on your bike, then the "Just Brakes and Gears" course is perfect for you. Along with detailed instruction, there are many practical exercises to enhance your understanding of cable tension, alignment, limit screws, b-tension adjustments, and so on. You will leave with your brakes and gears optimally adjusted and will have the knowledge to adjust them like a pro.

Bicycle Enthusiast Course: Bleeding My Brakes
Hydraulic brakes need to be bled routinely to remove air from the system, replace contaminated hydraulic fluid and keep your brakes working optimally. Understanding how and when to bleed brakes and which bleed procedure to use can be confusing. On this course you'll learn about hydraulic systems and the right procedure to bleed your brakes, along with knowing which bleed process and kit is right for your brakes.

Course cost $30/hr with all hydraulic fluids needed provided at no cost to you. (Average time to learn how to, and to bleed your brakes – 3 hours.)
